... and round it goes

Was it really only two weeks ago that we sat around the tellie on a freezing cold day to watch the Grand Final? It seems so long ago, but then I don't follow St Kilda...

As one door closes, another opens and today we have the first day of the cricket season. Brilliant sunshine, gentle breeze and of course, my knitting.

Thanks all the kind commenters (and those that do so personally, preferring to keep the comments private) about my last post. Sometimes it just helps to vent, don't you think?

Thank goodness my son has never played crcket.Although I can see how you would get some quality knitting hours while waiting... waiting... waiting...

And the number one reason I am extra pleased to have a girl - NO CRICKET!

Lucky you have something to keep you occupied :)

My dad was a big cricketer back in the 70's and my mum HATED it - cricket, cricket, cricket. She hated it because a lot of the time she had to score and couldn't do the knitting she took along with her! *heehee*

I read your last post. I simply don't put up with people like that - I don't have time. You don't either. But then, I'm blunt like that...
