experimental baking


Pizza scrolls.

Simple as and extremely well received by the boys. I just made basic pizza dough, rolled it into a rectangle. Added tomato paste, shredded ham, cheese and chopped baby spinach. Rolled it all up, cut into slices and squashed them slightly before baking for 20 minutes.



A lunch box winner!

Ooo they do look nice. I recently made Vegemite Scrolls but the 'dough' was a bit 'scone-y' and Monet isn't a fan of scones. Pizza dough might be more up her alley tough...
