Pizza scrolls.
Simple as and extremely well received by the boys. I just made basic pizza dough, rolled it into a rectangle. Added tomato paste, shredded ham, cheese and chopped baby spinach. Rolled it all up, cut into slices and squashed them slightly before baking for 20 minutes.

A lunch box winner!

Yum! They would be an absolute winner in my lunchbox too. Might have to give it a go...will keep you posted.
Yummo, they look great. Excellent lunch box idea.
Ooo they do look nice. I recently made Vegemite Scrolls but the 'dough' was a bit 'scone-y' and Monet isn't a fan of scones. Pizza dough might be more up her alley tough...
great idea!
